Scott Hostetler
Chicago Symphony Orchestra
Scott Hostetler joined the Chicago Symphony Orchestra oboe section in 2002. In 2008, he was appointed to the English Horn position by principal conductor Bernard Haitink. Prior to joining the CSO, he was principal oboist and an artist-in-residence of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra. Read more ⇒
Scott Bell
Carnegie Mellon University
Scott Bell is retired from the Pittsburgh Symphony after playing oboe there for 28 seasons. After leaving the Pittsburgh Symphony, Mr. Bell was on the inaugural faculty of the Tianjin Juilliard School in China. He served as Chairman of the woodwind, brass and percussion departments as well as Professor of Oboe. Read more ⇒
